Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales and operations departments.
- Update various claims payments and compile invoices for finance processing.
- Tally monthly prepaid top-up billing amounts and submit vouchers for claims.
- Update cheque settlements via Retail POS systems.
- Consolidate and facilitate stock orders as required.
- Offer logistical support with stock preparation and inspection.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' or Diploma qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous, independent, and self-motivated.
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
- 5.5 days working week.
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team.
