Job Opportunity

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales and operations departments.
  • Update various claims payments and compile invoices for finance processing.
  • Tally monthly prepaid top-up billing amounts and submit vouchers for claims.
  • Update cheque settlements via Retail POS systems.
  • Consolidate and facilitate stock orders as required.
  • Offer logistical support with stock preparation and inspection.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' or Diploma qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel applications.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous, independent, and self-motivated.
  • Able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • 5.5 days working week.
