Telecommunications Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Telecommunications Specialist. This role involves connecting with potential clients and generating leads through outbound calls and follow-up communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification: Identify and qualify potential clients using effective communication skills.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate our mission and offerings effectively to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our training programs.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients, including contact details, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Scheduling: Schedule meetings or consultations between potential clients and our sales team.
  • Nurturing Leads: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure ongoing interest in our programs.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect insights and feedback from prospective clients to refine outreach strategies and improve our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language is required.
  • Proven Experience: In telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary.
  • CRT Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office software.
  • Results-Driven Attitude: Positive and results-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
