Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecommunications Network Specialist to join our team. As a Telecommunications Network Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware and software issues related to telecommunications networks. You will also be involved in configuring network and telecommunications hardware and software, as well as monitoring telecommunication systems, network traffic, and computer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong technical knowledge in mobile phone and computer repairs (smartphones, laptops, desktops, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with common mobile and computer operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
