Unified Communications Analyst

This role is a key position within the organization, responsible for the development and implementation of unified communications and telecommunications solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Unified Communications/Telecommunications operations, hardware, software, systems, and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of unified communications and telecommunications solutions and enhancements.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining and process improvements.
  • Support multiple locations worldwide, including domestic and international travel as required.

The successful candidate will be able to interact with internal and external customer groups to perform necessary unified communications and telecommunications configuration, MACDs or repairs. In addition, they will support hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation and upgrades for workstations and servers.

Education and experience requirements include a degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for the job required. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Unified Communications / Telecommunications is also required.
