**We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded**Business Development Partner**to help us**identify and target potential clients**, build a**robust pipeline**, and create**strategic relationships**— particularly with**Talent Acquisition teams**across various industries.**:
This role is ideal for someone with experience in **B2B sales or recruitment solutions**and who thrives in a remote, performance-based environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage **potential clients**, especially Talent Acquisition leaders, HR decision-makers, and hiring managers
- Generate qualified **leads**through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools
- Build and maintain a healthy **sales pipeline**and manage the full business development cycle
- Create and nurture **strategic partnerships**that drive mutual growthCollaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor offerings to client needs

**You Are**:

- Experienced in **B2B sales, recruitment tech, staffing services**, or **HR consulting**:

- Well-connected with **Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Directors, and hiring teams**:

- A natural communicator with strong **relationship-building skills**:

- **Self-motivated**and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with **CRM tools**(e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales workflows
