**Customer Representative**

We are an online e-commerce insurance broker and are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and happy individual to join us. The role is simple; we need a nice junior customer service representative. One that fits nicely in the team of dedicated professionals we are building and who is interested in growing with us long-term.

Experience is a plus but not necessary, but willingness to learn and a high energy level are a must. Passion for helping people to get their finances right is also an important trait.

We love our customers and really want to help them to find the best solutions and provide them with the best service. We are dependable and act professional and we say please and thank you

Here are some traits and skills that would be very helpful;
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Persuasive and positive speaking skills
- Initiative
- Familiarity with Google sheets
