We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Operations and Accountant to join our finance

company and ensuring that financial transactions are accurately and promptly recorded in our financial

systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, reconciling

vendor statements, and collecting outstanding payments
- Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including maintaining the general ledger, chart of accounts,

and supporting schedules
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements,

and cash flow statements
- Manage the company’s banking relationships, including reconciling bank statements, processing wire transfers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that financial transactions are accurately and appropriately

recorded in the financial systems
- Assist with the implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with GAAP

and other regulatory requirements
- Continuously improve financial processes and systems to drive efficiency and accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, Xero, SAP, Quickbooks) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Web3 environment is a plus
