At the Volmary Plant Breeding and Information Centre Kaldenhof in Münster, we grow, test and present our wide range of ornamental plants and vegetables on a large display area. To strengthen our team at the Volmary Plant Breeding Centre in Münster, we are looking for a: Gardener (m/f/D) full time YOUR TASKS: Interesting and varied work in the development of new products as well as in the production of vegetatively and generatively propagated plants - from sowing or taking cuttings to the finished flowering plant Care and maintenance of plants in greenhouses and outdoors M onitoring growing conditions and adapting care Controlling pests and diseases in accordance with ecological standards S upport in the planning and realisation of cultivation projects YOUR PROFILE: Completed training as a gardener (m/f/d) or comparable qualification Experience in handling ornamental plants Passion for plants and a good eye for detail Ability to work in a team and independently Flexibility and willingness to work outdoors OUR OFFER: As a family business, we have a special understanding of the needs of our employees - caring is very important to us You don't want to stand still, you want to develop yourself further?
