**Detailed Responsibilities**
1. Providing clerical support to staffs by preparing Sales and Purchase contracts, full set of import/export shipping documents based on L/C, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration (training/mentoring will be provided)
2. Corresponding and arranging with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery, invoicing and customer service.
3. Provide sales support on eCommerce platforms
4. Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum O level
- Able to get along with team members
- Independent & Meticulous
- Good command in MS Office
- To work 44 hours per week (5 days/week, Mon to Fri: 9am-6pm)
- Work location at Woodlands
- Singaporean only
