Roles & Responsibilities
Diversify, Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy both at stores and corporate level
- Provide the right level of talent analytics on hiring effectiveness from a cost and process perspective
- Actively think about employer branding opportunities (e.g. how to leverage social media recruiting or non-traditional means of recruiting)
- Participate in and/or manage special talent/ HR projects for Asia Region as required
- Be the brand ambassador, represents the company at its best, be a role model and constantly strive to communicate the best image to the market
- Putting the right search strategy in place: manage the entire search process for corporate level openings for South East Asia, and Asia Supply Chain Team, covering multiple business units.
- Partner with key Business Leaders and HRBPs in the various markets to ensure corporate recruiting process is well-defined so that we are bringing in the right talent at the right time.
- Knowing where the talent is
be it of network within the industry
- managing with key vendors
leveraging local job boards
- recruiting means as well as internal referral programs
- Knowing what our competitors are doing and timely reflect to business leaders and HRBP
Manage and support Store Hiring activities including both permanent; part time & seasonal hiring, internship program, ensuring it fuels business growth with the right talent, with efficiency and effectiveness (SEA and foreseeable brands buyback in these markets)
- Partnering with key retail leaders (Regional Directors, Area Managers) and HRBPs to ensure we have the right hiring strategy (from sourcing to offer closure) to support the different recruitment cycles for the brands when comes to store recruiting as well as implementing key talent initiatives for store hiring across brands
- Market store recruiters will be reporting to this individual
- Be able to navigate issues relating to Recruiting and On-boarding from a People System. Asking the right questions and channel issues to the right partners so that problems can be potentially solved or looking for an interim solution
