**We are looking for you**

As a **Talent Acquisition Manager** at Partipost, you will be tasked with leading staffing, employer branding & talent development needs across SEA. Does disrupting the ad-tech industry sound right up your alley?
**Your day to day looks like**:

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Partner with senior management, HR colleagues, and finance to anticipate upcoming needs and strategize pipelines
- Support with ad-hoc employer branding activity such as event collateral, internal comms etc
- Support hiring across Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & Vietnam
- Assisting new hires with onboarding

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Relevant recruitment/ staffing experience
- Experience using different sourcing/ recruiting channels across
- Strong souring background
- Experience in both technical & non technical hiring
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
