He/she will be accountable for Manufacturing, Logistics, procurement, and distribution, sustaining Supply Chain strategies, policies and practices that assure the employee safety and well-being, the reputation of the Company and maintaining the high levels of customer service to the SEA region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serves as a member of the Southeast Asia leadership team providing oversight and direction to all Supply Chain activities across multiple Plants, and to influence and support the broader strategic SEA Supply Chain and the SEA commercial business plans and initiatives in order to deliver the targeted financial and operational metrics for the total SEA business unit.
- Ensure all Environment Health & Safety regulations, and Policies & Procedures, across the manufacturing sites and distribution centres.
- Accountable for delivering all SEA Supply Chain key performance operational metrics and financial KPIs for the sites including all long term and short-term savings and efficiency plans.
- Responsible for the overall planning and delivery KPIs to meet customer requirements of all stakeholders across the SEA markets and other export markets.
- Responsible for Quality, Food Safety, Employee Safety and Environmental Policies, Crisis Management and Procedures in partnership with local, regional, and global partners.
- Champion the digital agenda for the Supply Chain and Commercial across the SEA SC network
- Build a great Supply Chain team for the future by attracting, developing and retaining great Supply Chain talents.
- Responsible for the development and execution of the Plant Capital projects and long-term plans, to ensure plant operational effectiveness and maintenance of all building, equipment, and facilities.
- Demonstrated ability in managing diverse and complex operations, coupled with strong problem solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations within a FMCG operation (minimum 15 years), having successfully fulfilled roles leading and directing multi-plant /sites and end to end supply chains in previous roles.
- Experience in implementing lean manufacturing techniques and processes.
- Exceptional people management is required coupled with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation.
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization, and manage teams of across SC sub-functions and seniority.
- Educational background within Engineering and SC Operations and an added exposure to strategy & management is preferred.
- Ability to align with company values of Respect, Humility, Simplicity, Integrity, Teamwork along with a drive for results.
