As Director Supply Chain & Logistics for South Asia Pacific, you are leading and directing all facets of regional supply chain operations for the company including Sales forecasting, Distribution Planning, Inventory Management and Control, Operational management of order fulfilment and Transportation in connection with our global teams and regional business partners. You are responsible for managing the inventory of the Region in order to maximize sales potential while optimizing customer service and inventory. South Asia Pacific countries include: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India. You ensure the availability of our products throughout your omnichannel network with a global and strategic view of our business. You are a member of the regional leadership team and partner closely with the VP Supply Chain & Logistics, Asia Zone and SVP, Supply Chain & Logistics.

**Responsibilities
**Demand & Distribution Planning to Execution**
- Deliver Sales plan with high standards of customer service
- Define, maintain, & execute the overall regional merchandize planning strategy - Demand and Distribution planning
- Direct the activities of all functions involved in the inventory forecasting and planning, warehousing and replenishment of your network up to stores and clients
- Optimize Inventory through the implementation of appropriate collaborative and agile processes
- Ensure optimum product availability
- Secure Collaborative Forecasting process with Global teams participating in existing and new product planning processes to secure regional needs and feedback
- Collaborate with logistics internal partner to ensure seamless execution of order processing
- Critical analysis of the global supply chain in terms of possible optimization

**Deliver & optimize supply chain roadmap, capabilities and standards**
- Set the supply chain organization standards for the other region, developing strategies, policies, procedures, and overall team to optimize value of the entire function in creating a world class management group
- Establish operational roadmaps, highlighting current gaps and anticipating and fulfilling future business and customer needs for the Supply Chain system
- Participate in the evaluation of new tools, platforms and technologies and articulate the business case for potential investments

**Qualifications
- Required _
- Degree in Supply Chain/Business
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in related role
- Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution
- Proven leadership skills in building and managing teams with a history of world class success
- Excellent analytical and collaborative skills are required
