
Vice President of Sales, Southeast Asia

**Responsibilities**:
This is a managerial position and part of Delta leadership team. It requires competencies in sales, business development, account management in Southeast Asian countries, and proven leadership skills.
**Business Development:
- Responsible for building Delta Electronics business throughout the designated APAC region.
- Advocate company vision and strategy
- Develop business opportunities with strategic accounts to meet assigned business objectives.
- Work with internal management to identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities; deliver value proposition, sales presentations, and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with the Delta management team in the initial stages to ensure strategy alignment and implementation. Source new customers leveraging existing or building new networks and managing relationships across the sales cycles.
**Sales Management:
- Responsible for devising and executing sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets by managing and coordinating sales activities.
- Develop sales strategy and provide oversight for customers' responses.
- Build account development plans, directly managing sales cycles and relationships with various stakeholders.
- Provide direction to company-wide resources supporting account strategies and proposals and prioritize customer requirements with internal solutions development/cross-functional team.
- Build partnerships for customer acquisition, product success, distribution, and sales in each target market.
- Understanding the industry regulatory environment and engagement with regional regulators.
- Contribute to the cultivation of an industry-leading sales process and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the customer operations, product management & engineering teams, bringing a customer-oriented strategic perspective, including, but not limited to, product partnerships, customer life cycle, and commercial results.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasting for the region and drive profitability through the proper customer acquisition.
- Hire, coach, and lead a high-impact team responsible for sales operations.
- Develop cross-functional/organizational partnerships.
