Boeing Southeast Asia is seeking **Chief of Staff, President Southeast Asia Office** to assist the President for the Southeast Asia region in day-to-day operational and strategic management, working out of the Boeing corporate office in Singapore.

**Position Overview**:
Boeing Singapore is seeking a high energy, dynamic, organized **Chief of Staff, President Southeast Asia Office **to based in our Singapore office and serve as a member of the Boeing Southeast Asia team, reporting to the Boeing Southeast Asia President. S/he will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation, support and management of Boeing Southeast Asia meetings, plans, strategy, programs and projects as well as cross-functional and cross-business unit coordination.

In fulfilling the role’s responsibilities, the chief of staff will be a trusted advisor and will regularly interface with a variety of U.S. and Southeast Asia
- based matrixed, functional colleagues from across the Boeing enterprise as well as key stakeholders in other companies, organizations, embassies and governments. In addition, s/he will on occasion and where appropriate represent the Boeing Southeast Asia President externally with groups such as industry associations and other aviation related institutions.

Specifically, the role will:

- Act as an advisor, extension and support to President, Boeing Southeast Asia working closely with the senior management team and staff throughout the region as well as senior Boeing executives globally.
- Lead development and execution of the organization operating rhythms (including leadership meetings and strategy execution reviews) that are needed to drive performance and accountability through the organization
- Shape meeting agendas and help create content for social media, video conferences, executive meetings and off-sites.
- Support the President in all presentations and public appearances including speeches, panels, social media and press availabilities working closely with the Boeing Communications team.
- Partner with Finance on long-term planning and budget management as well as other financial reviews.
- Track, drive and follow-up on key initiatives as well as after action from internal and external meetings to ensure accountability.
- Provide oversight, coordination and mentorship to projects of high importance
- Lead special project-based assignments and ensure coordination / implementation / execution are successful on behalf of Boeing Southeast Asia leadership
- Develop recommendations for the President on external engagement strategies and opportunities, prioritizing events/meetings/travel for the leader in conjunction with the President’s Executive Assistant, the Head of Southeast Asia Communications, the Head of Southeast Asia Government Relations and other key staff members.
- Interface with Singapore and internationally-based matrixed, functional leads across the Boeing enterprise to achieve business objectives
- Lead the development of briefing materials and key messaging for internal and external executive meetings, conferences and travel in conjunction with Boeing strategy, government relations, communications teams coordinating with all organizational levels
- Work with local team to find opportunities for process improvement and business optimization and recommendations to the Boeing enterprise as appropriate
- to drive common objectives, working closely with government relations in Southeast Asia and Government Operations in USA
- Other duties as required.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Organized and detailed oriented, able to maintain, track, store and action diverse information, meeting requests, briefing papers and follow-up in real time as well as track programs and travel.
