Chief of Staff to President, Qualcomm India - Manager Business Development
Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a highly strategic and analytical Chief of Staff to work alongside the President of Qualcomm India. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, lead strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making across the India business. The ideal candidate will thrive in high-impact environments, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and leverage AI and analytics to optimize decision-making processes. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to influence others effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the President to drive strategic initiatives, partnerships, and internal operations.- Utilize AI tools and data platforms to deliver insights for informed decision-making.- Identify and streamline processes to enhance productivity across teams.- Prepare briefing documents, business cases, and insights to support high-impact decision-making.- Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment with India's goals.- Draft internal updates, presentations, and executive communications aligned with the President's vision.- Lead mission-critical projects from conception to completion.Qualifications:- 5-10 years of experience in consulting, tech, analytics, strategy, or Chief of Staff-type roles.- Experience working with or reporting to senior executives.- Strong business acumen with proficiency in data analytics and emerging AI tools.- Structured thinker, excellent communicator, and proactive problem-solver.- Self-driven individual with high emotional intelligence, discretion, and attention to detail.- Background in the tech ecosystem (preferably in semiconductors, wireless, applications, or mobility).- BS in Engineering and MBA preferred.- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
