As the Regional VP of Sales, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution across APAC markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities with banks, microfinance institutions, and fintechs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability across the APAC region.
  • Market Expansion: Explore and penetrate new markets within the region, including cross-border opportunities.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications/skills

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the financial ecosystem and regional market dynamics. Potential experience to have in banking/financial b2b products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management/ banking with strong background in IT sales.
