Position Overview

The Vice President – Sales is responsible for driving overall revenue growth, building and leading the sales organization, and executing strategic initiatives to expand Dr Clear Aligners' presence across the APAC dental and healthcare markets. This leadership role requires a proven track record in the dental, medical device, or broader healthcare industry, deep market understanding, and established networks with dental professionals and clinic.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's vision and revenue goals, ensuring robust growth in both professional partnerships (dental clinics, healthcare providers) and consumer markets (end-users/patients).
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional sales team to achieve ambitious targets across diverse sales channels—including clinic partnerships, direct-to-consumer platforms, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, sales channels, and customer segments to expand Dr Clear Aligners' reach, optimizing business development initiatives for both business partners and consumers.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, consumer preferences, and regulatory changes, using insights to refine sales approaches and capture new opportunities.
  • Oversee sales planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and performance analytics across all channels, ensuring seamless execution from lead generation to conversion for both professional and consumer segments.
  • Establish, track, and report on sales KPIs and critical success metrics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide actionable customer and market insights to inform product development, innovation, and service enhancements—advocating for the needs of both professional partners and consumers.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent with expertise in both B2B and B2C sales, building a dynamic team that is agile and responsive to evolving market needs.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on achieving sales excellence, continuous learning, and exceptional results across all sales segments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in sales leadership, with substantial experience in both B2B and B2C models, ideally within the dental, medical device, or healthcare sector.
  • Strong track record of scaling business through dental/medical partnerships (B2B) and/or direct-to-patient/customer engagement (B2C).
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals, lead complex sales cycles, and build long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Experience managing large, multi-segment sales teams across multiple markets, preferably in Asia Pacific.
  • Excellent commercial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and dental clinic workflows, patient journey management, digital marketing, and healthcare regulations in the APAC region.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with leading clear aligner brands or dental technology companies.
  • Deep network within the dental/healthcare provider and KOL community.
  • Strong understanding of the digital patient acquisition landscape and omnichannel sales strategies.
  • Prior experience launching products or services in new markets.
