We are looking for an Assistant Vice President, Marketing to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) regional office in Singapore. This role will cover 9 countries in the SEAA Region. From a holistic management of property marketing activation and drive to direct, to engaging loyalty programs, all the way through to phenomenal partnership promotion, captivating content creation and social media guiding mastery. This role is an amazing opportunity to exercise your diverse skillset across the full marketing mix, and also drive innovative marketing strategies to meet business objectives across a dynamic and diverse region.

**As an Assistant Vice President, Marketing, we rely on you to**:
Develop innovative strategies that resonate with key source market needs.
Aggregate consolidated marketing plans focused on delivering tactical campaigns, brand awareness campaigns, social innovation, content optimization, brand amplification, loyalty program activation, and customer engagement.
Identify potential strategic partnerships that support and strengthen our proposition, awareness and brand positioning.
Provide strategic oversight and oversee brand guidelines and principles, ensuring alignment and consistency across the region, and compliance with global guidelines.
Lead marketing teams in the development of long and short term marketing plans and promotional roadmap across all channels, with accompanying budget for maximum efficiency and impact.
Collaborate and align with global marketing leaders and stakeholders to ensure synergy and synchronization of marketing efforts.
Establish key metrics to track performance where marketing has the lead and influence, leverage on analytics to generate forecast metrics and evaluate marketing initiatives to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Aggregate compelling marketing highlights, industry trends, market intelligence, competitor strategies, wins and targeted success to share with wider regional and global teams.
Guide and support teams to enhance the marketing function expertise, including coaching and training on specific on-going marketing needs e.g. positioning, social media, story-telling, e-direct etc.
Attract, develop and retain marketing talent across the region.

**We are looking for someone who**:
Has a Bachelor in Marketing / Business / Strategy / Communications or equivalent qualification.
Has at least 10 years of global marketing leadership experience with a holistic approach to marketing and skilled expertise across the marketing mix.
Has proven results in leading an international company to achieve market penetration and direct revenue results.
Has proven track record in e-commerce, with experience of implementing end-to-end campaigns with demonstrable ROI.
Has excellent written and verbal presentation skills combined with the confidence that comes with functional experience.
Has outstanding interpersonal skills reflecting leadership ability; the personality to inspire confidence and build teams and the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.
