**Accounts & HR Administrative Executive**
1. Handle Full set of Accounts Independently (MYOB)
2. Quarterly GST Filing & Compliance
3. Handle Audit & Tax Queries
4. Handle Data Entry Work
5. Prepare Bank, AR/AP reconciliation & account schedules
6. Payroll calculation, leave management and HR admin matters etc
7. Maintain a proper filing system
8. Any adhoc accounting & administrative duties.
**Requirements**:
1. Diploma in Accountancy
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Experience with MYOB will be advantageous.
4. Experience in logistics industry is an added advantage
5. Pro-active with positive and resilient mindset
6. Meticulous, independent and able to meet tight deadlines
7. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
**Location - Changi, walking distance from Expo MRT**
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
