Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin to manage daily financial tasks and support administrative operations. This hybrid role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who is capable of working independently while staying aligned with team goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties -
- Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in annual audit.
- Process supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and company payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Handle statutory filings such as GST, CPF, and IRAS submissions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
Administrative Duties -
- Perform general office administration including procurement of office supplies and record-keeping.
- Maintain HR records such as staff attendance, leave, and claims.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and employee documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or internal events.
- Assist other departments with admin-related matters as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and admin roles.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently under a hybrid arrangement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Familiar with Singapore financial regulations and statutory submissions.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus (to liaise with a diverse workforce).
