Provided support in accounting and administrative function
- Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform reconciliation of bank transaction
- Manage GST, petty cash, cash flow, P&L statement
- Coordinate with Procurement department and operation team to verify supplier invoices, verify staff's claim and record into system
- Record intercompany invoice into internal system
- Manage office general administration
- Assist in managing administrative matters in Human Resource
- Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operation
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in accountancy or equivalent
- Consolidation experience will be a plus.
- Must be able to make independent decisions.
- Must be able to read and interpret reports, financial statements, etc.
- Experience in ERP system is an advantage.
- Prior experience in construction or design field would have an advantage
**Salary**: $3, $3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Performance bonus

- Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 4 years (required)
