
Accounts & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a **Passionate**, **Committed** Accounts & Admin Assistant to support the Accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.
- Responsible and Performing full set of accounting duties for few small sets of company accounts.
- Assist in monthly accounts closing and reporting including Bank Reconciliation, P&L Statement and Balance Sheet
- Perform reconciliation to vendor’s statement of account and liaise with vendor on payment issue
- Perform data entries for vendor invoices into accounting software and update finance records, issuing invoice and cheque.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties to follow up on related administrative matters.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Provide daily general administrative support to Admin and Account Department by organizing, developing and maintain proper filing system.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Accounting/related accounting qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experiences
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work.
- Knowledge of **QuickBooks, MYOB accounting software** will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge and understanding of IFRS
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Malaysian are welcome to apply
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,400.00 per month
