Since our establishment in early 2023, our team has grown to three highly skilled professionals, and we’re now looking for a **Sales Manager** to join us in delivering cutting-edge warehouse automation solutions to our customers.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll take charge of driving new business sales across the vibrant APAC, ME and ANZ markets. In this role, you will collaborate with potential customers to identify opportunities for automation and demonstrate how our solutions can help them fully realize that potential.

You'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge technical solutions that revolutionize warehouse automation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with customers, ensuring long-term success.
- Design technical solutions and proposals to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets by delivering results in line with strategic plans and goals.
- Drive the entire sales process but with a strong focus on solution guidance, deal closure and ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative and creative solutions for clients.
- Track and report progress on sales KPIs, providing insights and adjustments as needed.
- Acting as a thought-leader in our industry and building a network that allows you to attract business.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to drive business growth.
- Maximize customer value through a consultative sales approach.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to align efforts and optimize outcomes.

This role involves travel across the APAC, ME, and ANZ regions. The openness and flexibility to travel is expected.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development.
- Proven track record of managing and achieving sales targets.
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of intralogistics and/or complex logistics flows.
- Good technical understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize customer operations and successfully sell comprehensive solutions.
- Proficiency in English is required.
