DESIGNATION : Key Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business channel opportunities to achieve sales objective.
- Manage assigned Key Accounts effectively and efficiently to achieve Company’s business objectives including revenue and profit targets.
- Review and improve effectiveness and productivity of trade marketing activities in assigned Key Accounts.
- Review and improve overall sales operations in assigned Key Accounts including distribution coverage, display (merchandising) and depth of stock.
- Develop good and supportive business relationships with decision makers of assigned Key Accounts.
- Manage trade marketing expenses including discount, rebate and promotions effectively and efficiently within approved budget.
- Ensure that sell out is at least 85% of sell in.
- Lead, train and supervise assigned promoters and merchandisers to achieve their individual targets and to attain personal growth in their roles.
- Work closely with Marketing Team and other departments to ensure effective planning and execution of all sales & marketing activities.
- Manage inventory in assigned Key Accounts to minimize writing off of expired stocks.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Diploma /or Degree holder
- Minimally 3 years of experience with the Super/Hyper channel in Singapore (Fairprice/DFI/Sheng Siong, etc)
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/modern trade
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate strong coordination and organization skills in collecting business-related data
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and has initiative
