**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in project or process management.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in executive onboarding.
- Experience in working with executive leadership with the ability to manage conflicts, be diplomatic and work under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and international teams.
- Excellent judgment skills with the ability to manage confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality experiences for all stakeholders going into and coming out of the executive recruiting process. You will support the execution of executive search-related activities.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). **Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a domain expert on related Google hiring tools, and manage search data hygiene and information within those tools.
- Identify potential risks/escalations, and partner with the internal stakeholders (e.g., Google People Services Operations Mobility Program Managers, People Partners/Consultants, Global Mobility Solutions etc.) to ensure alignment and issue-resolution.
