- 2 years of experience in roles/environments involving candidate management or executive support.
- Experience in executive onboarding.
- Experience in working with executive leadership with the ability to manage conflicts, be diplomatic and work under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and international teams.
- Excellent judgment skills with the ability to manage confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality experiences for all stakeholders going into and coming out of the executive recruiting process. You will support the execution of executive search-related activities. Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.
Responsibilities- Deliver pre-onboarding support for new hire and internal mobility leadership candidates to ensure a transition into Google or to a new role internally and serve as a trusted advisor for any tests related to their mobility and onboarding journey.
- Serve as a domain expert on related Google hiring tools, and manage search data hygiene and information within those tools.
- Coordinate and facilitate requests with partner teams and Google’s vendor network to ensure delivery of candidate coordination activities, as well as immigration, tax and relocation services for new and transferring leaders.
- Identify potential risks/escalations, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and issue-resolution.
