Position
Support Specialist - IT Services and Sales
Responsibilities
Provide general IT support services in a serviced office environment with mostly multi-national clients.
Handle IT support needs of local internal teams
Co-ordinate with local IT vendors
Manage L1 & L2 Tickets
Key Performance Indicators / Job Requirements
Primary Technical Skills
Experiences with Cisco LAN support/troubleshooting
Experiences with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network
Knowledge in MS Office suites, Apple and Android smart devices support
Who are we looking for
Qualifications
Ideally, the individual must possess at least three of the following qualifications
Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above
At least 2-3 years experience in front line IT support in a multi-national company
Current Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (MCSE) accreditation
Professional Qualities
Good English and Chinese communication skills
Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability
Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential issues
Service oriented business approach
Ability to deal with global business users at all levels
Ability to work independently & a self starter
Relationship building across all local departments
Initiate & identify IT services opportunities, reporting to immediate supervisor
