**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial Support for all New Building Projects/ Tenders.
- Review & negotiate all quotations from shipyards/ vendors.
- Manage budgets for all New Building Projects.
- Monitoring and resolving commercial and contractual issues of a newbuild project
- Liaising with the site/project team to ensure that the team understand and adhere to the contractual obligations and commercial impacts.
- Ensuring that all engineering changes that have commercial impacts are captured and updated.
- Reviewing site instructions and quotations from the shipyard / vendors
- Liaising with vendors for quotations on equipment for new vessel development
- Developing effective process flows for site team, project support, and commercial/finance team.
- Ensuring the correct PR / PO are raised on a timely basis.
- Update weekly commercial report

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
