**Scope/ Impact**
- The Commercial Insights Analyst role sits in the CCL function - reporting to the Integrated Execution Director - and is a supporting role that is closely wired with all Customer and Commercial roles, the Human Insights and the Strategy teams, the Marketing and Finance teams as well as Platform Services
- The purpose of the role is to support the teams with powerful analyses for our Customer and Channel teams based on all available insights and facts across our system based on clear briefings on scale and purpose
- The role is responsible to run and connect analysis leveraging and connecting the dots between different insights, facts, data sources towards crisp and strong customer narratives that clearly communicate our system opportunities (or risks in some instances) in jointly activating our strategic initiatives. fact-based.
- Manage the daily interaction with and deliver consultancy to the commercial and customer teams in the OU.
- Support the work with Platform Services to automate powerful analyses as much as we can to enable fast(er) access and better leverage for other customer teams and other OUs
- Manage ASP Operating Unit, regions and global Customer and Commercial Dashboards

**SCOPE/ Deliverables**:

- Drive quality and relevance of commercial strategies and plans via connected insights on business-opportunities (trends, categories occasions, channel-, basket-, shopper insights, pack types, etc ) while providing consultancy to the teams on where to focus
- Deliver powerful analyses and narratives that drive the quality of our customer sell in via strong insights and narratives around our joint business-opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and in parts external customer-, channel
- and/or marketing teams by providing holistic, crisp and well-connected analyses and actionable implications as well as impactful narratives
- Manage and deliver relevant reports and narratives for commercial and customer teams
- Monitor relevant performance KBIs per customer/ channel to track progress on joint initiatives to use as best practice examples and facilitate fast(er) deployment with other customers
- Manage and conduct value-added statistical analyses that allow to identify opportunities to further grow our incidence and revenue
- All deliverables must comprise and condense a broad variety of different insights and data sources such as category-, channel-, consumer-, occasion, shopper-, basket
- and customer-insights as well as financial data

**KeY SUCCESS PARAMETERS**

**Experience**
- At least 3 years of relevant, proven experience in Strategy & Insights, Market Research, Category Management, CCL or Finance
- Outstanding Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proven ability and judgement to identify, leverage and convert the right insights, data-points and findings from different data sources into holistic & compelling selling stories and independently derive strong business opportunities from insights
- Strong Understanding of relevant market research tracking tools (NielsenIQ RMS/IRI, Kantar World Panel/Homescan and internal Sales Data Lake) and profound understanding of statistics
- Connecting the dots skills
- Thorough Business Interest
- Strong project management skills
- University Degree mandatory

- System Understanding: In depth knowledge of the system processes and operations - including Bottler’s operations and typical Customer requirements and pressure points
