We are recruiting a Commercial Development Manager, with flexible location between Singapore, Sydney, Manila or Bangkok, on a permanent basis. The successful applicant will support the expansion of our FAB Ready to Drink (aRTD) portfolio across the Southeast Asia and South Pacific region, launching products into multiple new markets.

Key priorities will include:

- Lead the development of fully integrated Commercial strategies and programs that are designed in a customer-back and consumer-centric way with focus on Socializing Bundle (categories included: Alcoholic Ready To Drink, Adult & Premium Sparkling Drinks, Premium Glass Sparkling Drinks and all future categories in this space)
- Consolidate all relevant shopper, channel and customer insights to feed the development of the Socializing strategy in order to increase value of their deliverables to accelerate growth in a networked approach. Identify execution opportunity areas, highlighting them with franchises, bottlers and other partners in a solution-oriented way with the objective to elevate our system capability.
- Optimize our system execution across channels in close collaboration with the Franchise, Frontline commercial and Marketing teams and our Bottlers and other Distribution Partners based on superior understanding of execution levers and how to optimize desired outcomes (availability, number and type of adjacencies, rate of sale, strike rate, equipment placement)
- Responsible for delivering strong shopper, commercial and customer-relevance programs to drive purchase motivations and customer interest into accelerate incidence and revenue growth. Develop E2E activation of the bundle together with marketing counterparts. Develop the ‘customer stories’ that will help sales teams successfully sell these initiatives to customers.
- Enable impactful and innovative commercial approaches for our customers to drive engagement for the Socializing bundle (and categories included).
- Define key execution and performance metrics for opportunity identification at scale and initiatives tracking, to understand optimization potential for our PicoS per channel and turn into specific action plans; initiative interventions to accelerate growth highlighting them with Franchise teams, Bottlers, in a solution-oriented way with the objective to elevate our system capability.
- Business lead on ensuring we track and leverage the right Commercial and Customer Metrics that enable impactful tracking and opportunity identification at scale, leveraging metrics to drive fact-driven Commercial and Customer Planning at scale, initiating the right interventions, while ensuring metrics-driven communication in all key system routines

Experience required:

- 5+ years of leadership experience in Commercial planning, commercial execution, Trade marketing, with strong skills in Commercial
- and Channel Strategy, revenue growth management, Segmentation, Digital, value to market, Innovation and Portfolio strategy
- Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills
- Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and trade marketing management
