**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Technical Innovation & Supply Chamin (TISC) team in collaborating with the commercial, customer, channel teams. Orchestrate execution within TISC teams and across the organization.
- Partner with the bottling partners to ensure Customer Service levels are in line with business targets. Else, influence bottler to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to maximize revenue, optimize cash/inventory, reduce costs and enhance customer experience. Include service metric into OU Commercial and Supply Chain scorecards.
- Proactively identify potential issues and risks in the supply chain to develop and execute mitigation strategies to minimize disruption. Example -Partner with infrastructure planning to understand capacity constrained categories and pack types to steer demand creation opportunities to where there is capacity sufficiency; document and secure buy in for operating strategies on promoting A SKUs or non-capacity constrained pack types.
- Leverage data analytics and advanced technologies to optimize supply chain operations and offer value-added service and commercial innovations to customers.
- Experiment to Scale: Drive innovation by leading specific experiments to elevate the supply chain evolution with our customers and cross functional partners. Focused on delivering the future needs of supply chain; these experiments should be highly targeted, measurable; with its learnings shared broadly and success scaled.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Advance degree preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with a focus on commercial or customer supply chain management, preferably within the modern retail channel and consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including manufacturing, forecasting, demand and supply planning, and logistics management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as working seamlessly with multi-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, strategic influencing skills and proficiency in using digital and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving organizational objectives.
