The Senior Director, Business Development South Asia Pacific (S.APAC) -The McDonald’s Division (TMD) is responsible for the strategic growth plans and execution of McDonald’s across ASEAN, South Pacific (ASP OU) and India, Southwest Asia (INSWA OU) making up almost 40% of total APAC McDonald’s business. Providing guidance and leadership to Operating Units (OU’s) country resources to create customer value for McDonald’s markets through plan development, business & customer data analytics, RGM practices, and stakeholder engagement. Directs and prioritizes sales initiative commercialization and aggregate performance and sales analysis to deliver profitable beverage growth. Activates OU, Bottler and TMD resources to deliver the enterprise growth agenda. Leads & supports relationships with key McDonald’s and OU at country & regional level to ensure priority alignment, ongoing stewardship, and accomplishment of business plan aligned priorities.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Provides overall direction to ensure focus and prioritization of main initiatives across ASP & INSWA markets, leveraging consumer, business, and performance insights to collaborate and engage with customer & OU decision-makers, aiming to enhance and expand our collective business through the implementation of business growth solutions.
- Responsible for customer value creation with the McDonald’s country leaders through aligned Joint Business Plan.
- Partners with OU & TMD resources to develop key growth initiatives and analytics as well as strategic engagements to scale growth opportunities and deliver commercial initiatives against annual business growth plans.
- Provides McDonald’s Business managers & directors with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills.
- Steward business performance via regular routines & reviews with TMD, OU, & McDonald’s.
- Analytical capabilities to discern the most value-added strategic option to pursue to address business challenges at McDonald’s.

Leverage Collaborating for Value expertise and customer leadership skills to bring the grow the business and strengthen the partnership.
- Lives the Values: Demonstrates the values of The Coca-Cola Company through words, actions, and by example; fosters an environment that reflects the values of the company.

**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with at least 12 years related experiences in stakeholder management, strategy and vision setting, influencing & negotiation.
- Track record of value creation driving highest business results.
- Experience in inspiring and leading cross-functional network teams to deliver outstanding business results.
- Stakeholder management experience in influencing at the senior management level across a wide variety of functions (internal & external).
- Demonstrated advanced interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) with versatility to lead communications in a highly complex internal and external organizational matrix.
- Proven ability to create and drive annual business plans to deliver on enterprise goals.
- Has proven track record to deliver tools & strategies to support business growth and drive customer value creation.
