You will also help to build, scale, and execute a structured and focused approach towards EVP for DB APAC ex India. You will support Head HR APAC on internal HR comms as well as project management around key APAC people priorities.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Drive the development of EVP for DB APAC ex India through innovative brand messaging, strategies, initiatives and execution plans
- Conceptualize and execute EVP campaigns (physical & digital), in partnership with Talent Sourcing, Early Careers Recruitment and Global EVP teams
- Manage EVP campaigns for APAC ex India through an assortment of media, including but not limited to print, websites and social media
- Manage third party brand agencies and related vendors
- Provide ongoing insights into data and analytics of messaging and advise on improvements and changes to strategy and tactics.
- Support Regional Head of APAC HR in facilitating key initiatives to drive change management for HR community in APAC, as well as pr oject management around key APAC people priorities
- 10-20% on internal HR communications. Develop creative communications tactics to engage and resonate with internal HR community through channels including but not limited to video, newsletters and townhall
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
**Requirements**:
- For VP, at least 8 years relevant experience in EVP, employer branding, communications or marketing
- For AVP, at least 5 years relevant experience in EVP, employer branding, communications or marketing
- Demonstrated track record of conducting successful and proactive EVP as well as internal communications programs that employ creativity using variety of tools, forums and media.
- Previous experience in HR related branding experience in APAC.
- Mature, driven and resourceful in delivering innovative branding and talent attraction solutions
- Strong interpersonal and change management skills
- Strong ideation capability with a passion for creative ideas
