**Job Opportunity: HCM Implementation Specialist**

  • We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
  • This role involves working with cross-functional teams to design and implement HCM solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Strong technical and functional skills in HCM/SF modules are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of HCM projects from start to finish
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions
  • Providing technical support and training to clients on HCM system usage
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HCM technologies and trends to ensure our solutions remain innovative and effective

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in implementing HCM systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong hands-on techno-functional experience in HCM/SF modules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
