Key Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on system configuration when required, including developing proof-of-concept (POC) to validate new features.
  • Collaborate with development teams/external vendors to ensure successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Review and approve system designs, configurations, and customisations.
  • Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance of deliverables.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in HR systems implementation, including both cloud-based and on-premise solutions.
  • High proficiency in analysing business requirements and translating them into system functionality.
  • Experience in full-cycle HCM implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in configuring HCM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.
