Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud applications with other systems and services, along with a solid understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud capabilities. This role primarily involves managing the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle cloud solutions, with a specific focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Integration Cloud:
Design, configure, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Develop integration flows, orchestration, and custom adapters to connect Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud-based applications with on-premise systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
Monitor, optimize, and maintain integrations for improved performance and scalability.
Oracle HCM Cloud:
Configure HCM solutions to align with client requirements and streamline HR processes.
Ensure data integrity between Oracle HCM and other integrated applications.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure workflows, approvals, and business processes in Oracle HCM.
Provide ongoing support, system upgrades, and enhancements to Oracle HCM Cloud.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather functional requirements.
Document system configurations, integration processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
Generate reports and dashboards based on integrated data between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
