We are looking for HCM consultant who has fair bit of implementation experience in implementing Oracle HCM solutions. This will be a 1-year contract role to begin with.

HCM Consultants - experience across different modules

We're looking for experienced HCM Cloud consultants across Singapore (Hybrid). As a HCM Cloud consultant you will play a central role in ensuring requirements of the business are met using the technical tools contained within HCM.

You will work with wider HR team to define technical requirements and to create functional specifications that accurately document these requirements, as well as the supporting technical documentation.

You will support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for HCM interfaces and/or data migration, raising/fixing any potential bugs found and provide advice and guidance in this area.

You will support the implementation for Cloud using your in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to ensure a successful project delivery. This will include design, build and test from unit testing through to UAT and through cutover into production.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional with:

- HCM Cloud technical experience on at least 2 end to end implementations across different modules
- Experience in implementing Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Benefit, Learning & Recruitment modules
- Knowledge of HCM data model, Integration Cloud
