**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the **architecture, design, and delivery**of end-to-end HCM and SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals, Payroll, etc.).
- Partner with business leaders, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to **translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions**.
- Define **solution roadmaps, integration strategies, and governance frameworks**for hybrid (SAP HCM + SuccessFactors) environments.
- Oversee **solution blueprinting, data migration, integration (SAP CPI/BTP), and security design**for large-scale HR transformations.
- Provide **strategic thought leadership**on HR process modernization, digital HR, and adoption of best practices.
- Mentor and guide consulting/development teams, ensuring adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards.
- Stay current with **SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and emerging HR tech trends**, advising stakeholders on continuous innovation opportunities.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 20+ years of experience in **SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors**solution design and delivery.
- Strong expertise across core modules**:Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, and Workforce Analytics**.
- Proven track record in **leading global HCM transformation programs**, including strategy, design, and execution.
- Hands-on experience with **integration technologies**(SAP CPI, SAP BTP, API-based integrations, middleware tools).
- Strong knowledge of **data migration, reporting/analytics, and security models**in HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to **influence at C-suite level**.
- Strong consulting background, preferably with experience in **Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments**.
- SAP SuccessFactors professional certifications highly preferred.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors certifications are a strong plus.
