Key Responsibilities

  • Implement payroll in various countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective solutions for technical issues and challenges.
  • Document business needs and implement SAP HCM configurations to meet customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Certification in one or more SAP HCM modules, preferably SAP Payroll.
  • Business domain knowledge in Human Resources.
  • Proven ability to implement HRIS software within a Human Resource Department.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
