Our organization is seeking an expert to lead payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll for Singapore, including wage types, schemas, PCRs, features, and rules.
  • Ensure accurate integration between Time, Payroll, and Finance modules.
  • Maintain Payroll control records, posting runs, and off-cycle payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting payroll processes to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in SAP HCM Payroll with at least 1 full-cycle implementations in Singapore Payroll.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type configuration, off-cycle payroll, and retro calculations.
  • Good to have knowledge of SAP Time Management and integration with Payroll.
  • Experience with Payroll posting to Finance (FI/CO).
  • Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is an advantage.
