**Position Description**:
The APAC Employee Value Proposition (EVP) & Talent Acquisitions Partner, as part of the Consumer Health NewCo’s Shared Capabilities team will lead the design, deployment and execution of recruitment marketing strategies that enables the awareness, consideration and acquisition of top talent required to meet business objectives across the enterprise. This leader will need to consistently communicate an authentic employer brand through outstanding execution of recruitment marketing, demonstrating strength in brand building, content strategies, digital marketing, social media and data analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build brand awareness and engage talent through creating, curating content and strong storytelling aligned with Consumer Health NewCo narrative, EVP framework and business unit/functional stories
- Continuously stay at the forefront of recruitment marketing by doing competitive analysis and implementing new and disruptive methods
- Align employer branding efforts to recruitment marketing efforts in pull through of specific narratives when executing recruitment marketing campaigns
- Demonstrate high level of influence in order to impact change in recruitment marketing practices
- Work with TA team to drive business engagement in recruitment marketing activities when managing specific campaigns.
- Work with recruiting leads across the region to build digital, social, and advertising strategies for key talent segments and report on strategic outcomes

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of three (3) years of marketing/communications experience related to attracting talent is required
- Must have the ability to work effectively in an agile environment, utilize new technologies, handle multiple projects and daily ad-hoc operational activities
- Experience with online and offline marketing principles is required
- Engaging target audiences via proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel is required
- Excellent verbal communication, written and presentation skills and Experience of engaging and managing with senior stakeholders is required
- Strong influencing skills required balanced with customer focus
- The ability to look at challenges or objectives in new ways and use creative thinking to explore issues and solutions required
- Self motivated with good planning and organization skills
- Team orientated with confident, open, straight-forward and collaborative style
