**Responsibilities**:

- Source for and collaborate with tenants and external partners (incl government agencies), to curate regular and relevant programming to instill a sense of community at the workplace. Programmes include (but are not limited to) online and in-person campaigns and activities, content (e.g. articles) and retail promotions.
- Monitor related uploads, posts, queries and feedback and respond accordingly.
- Build effective relationships with other relevant stakeholders (e.g. government agencies, key opinion leaders) to garner their support of and participation in our programmes.
- Facilitate business opportunities and collaborations within the tenant community. Campaigns include (but are not limited to) sharing of their thought leadership, awareness of their business products and/or services.
- Seek strategic opportunities, innovation and improvement in the development of existing and new offerings for workspace tenants. This can include (but are not limited to) recommending new perks or services that would attract/retain tenants.
- Support other Workspace department with relevant marketing & communication efforts, including (but are not limited to) collateral development and editorial.
- Collate and evaluate community engagement programmes and budgets for reporting and analyses.
- Any other related duties.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communications, and project management skills.
- Familiar with the spectrum of marketing communications and/or workspace experience, from digital marketing to event planning and management.
- Proven ability to deliver campaigns with strong messaging
- Creative, dynamic and resourceful with relevant network and contacts
- Proven leadership, problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
- Highly versatile, agile, and adaptable to change, able to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and across teams
- Able to multi-task with a strong sense of responsibility to see through all tasks
- Strive for excellence in all tasks
