We are a prominent organisation which has been providing reliable solutions to our large client portfolio for over 10 years. Our main goals within the marketing industry is to provide strategies for our business partners and stakeholders. Currently, we are sourcing for a Client Relationship Manager who can own and market the company's products and services and continuously engage their clients through portfolio engagement, and renewal and growth conversations.
**Job Scope**:
- Stay updated about the company’s latest products and services to maintain client engagement and keep them in the know of the newest product offerings.
- Forge and retention of client relationships to understand their needs easily and then identify and suggest relevant content to meet their objectives.
- Ensure clients are getting positive results from their products and follow up with their progress.
- Professionally represent the company as a trusted adviser to clients to drive solutions.
- Identify and manage client engagement effort to track client renewal process.
- Maintain a proactive work style to advance business and department goals.
**Job requirements**:
- Applicants must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma or a Professional Degree in marketing or business studies/administration.
- Strong command of English
- Must be able to work independently and be able to communicate with people from different levels.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and high-performance environment.
- Strong customer service background is an advantage to surpass client expectations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
