**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Guiding and assisting outlets chefs on general administrative functions.
- Participate in the handling of projects from computerized reports generation and correspondences to the manual co-ordination of projects such as presentations, manuals pertaining to F&B, reports compiling and submission and record keeping.
- Interact and co-ordinate functions and activities of the Culinary department related to information flow to other departments.
- Act as a contact point for Culinary Management and offer assistance as and when required.
- Provide operational support in the absence of the Culinary Operations or as and when required.
- Co-ordinate with other departments on any guest’s feedback and outstanding follow up actions for guests.
- Generate Reports for data analysis.
**Job Requirements**:
- Interest in hotel operations
- Diploma in Hotel Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Minimum of 3 years in the hotel or related industry with at least one year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to work with a ‘set’ team and able to affect change - highly adaptable
