**Roles & Responsibilities**
The person shall be tasked with
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the business
- Support the director in general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain Directors' schedules and calendars
- Maintain database and tracking of deadlines
- Organize and coordinate meetings
- Record and document meeting minutes and follow-up with respective stakeholders on assigned tasks.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing the office filing system
- Adhoc duties and other admin duties assign from time to time, including office cleanliness, answering phone calls
- Any other duties as may be assigned by director
**Requirements**:
- Experience in secretarial practices and financial accounting preferred
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- High degree of personal initiative, flexibility and ability to work well under deadlines and without supervision
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous and able to solve problems independently and flexibly
- Proficient in MS Office
