**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in purchasing construction materials, include sourcing and getting quotations
- Coordinate with site people for site requests
- Issue and follow-up purchase orders and delivery orders
- General administrative work; data entry, maintaining and compiling records
- Provide administrative support to operations team
- Other ad-hoc office duties assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- O-Level with minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work well with a team and independently
