As a **Community Executive**, you will be the voice and face of the YouTrip brand across our community channels. As part of the Marketing team (Singapore), you will be constantly looking at ways to connect with our fans and community via digital and offline means, and keep an ear on the ground open with what’s happening with our users through social/digital listening. Your ultimate goal is to drive positive word-of-mouth for the brand through your efforts.

**You will**:

- Be managing and having conversations via our digital community channels like Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and aspects of our YouTrip site.
- Be creating offline experiences that delight and bring together our YouTrip fans
- Work on growing Ambassadors that have their own social networks that can help drive the YouTrip word.
- Be in-the-know, through monitoring social/digital sentiments on digital channels, or forums, discussion boards etc.

**You are**:

- **A social creature -** **you value the power of great relationships that brands can build with their audience, are never afraid to have conversations with our users and love to be planning activities for them. Some event/project management would be great
- **Constantly inquisitive -** **you have a desire to know about how our fans feel, and have an endless thirst to do that by listening into digital/social conversations
- **An excellent multi-tasker** **- you are someone who enjoys a truly dynamic environment, and you possess an ability to toggle between different stakeholders, campaigns and projects when/where required with a minimum of **1 years relevant experience**.
- **A fearless self-starter** **- you are not afraid to suggest and implement new initiatives to tackle complex business issues, as long as the rationale is logical and sound. You do not mind getting your hands dirty in order to get things done under tight timelines.
