**You will**:

- Develop and execute best-in-class marketing strategy to drive awareness and generate leads for YouTrip Business, targeting startups, SMEs and corporates in Singapore
- Recruit and build a strong Marketing team for YouTrip Business with the focus of content creation, community building, partnership and performance marketing
- Create engaging content in written and graphical form to increase awareness of YouTrip Business to drive lead generation
- Host webinars to promote thought leadership and product awareness in different industry and own events
- Strike meaningful partnerships with key potential partners
- Assist in other key marketing initiatives in driving the success of YouTrip Business

**You are**:

- **Experienced B2B Marketing Leader **- You have racked up solid experience in digital marketing and are well-versed with the playbook in SaaS marketing. You have a wide range of marketing experience including campaign launches, content creation, community building, and performance marketing. Experience in fintech or financial institutions will be a plus, but not a must.
- **Content and Community Enthusiast** - You believe marketing is more than just sales and promotions, and are passionate in creating meaningful content to connect with prospects and users. You enjoy in creating content and webinars to create thought leadership and knowledge sharing among our users community
- **Entrepreneurial Self-starter** - You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and no job is too little for you. You have failed many times in your career and understand that failure is the fastest way to learn. You are not afraid to suggest and implement new processes and ideas to ensure the maximum chance of success for the business.
- **People-oriented Leader **- You are passionate about grooming successes for your direct reports and the team, and are willing to create opportunities to let your team learn and shine.
- **Excellent and Transparent Communicator **- You can communicate clearly and structurally, and be able to produce analytically written and presentations for external and internal audiences. You are an open and transparent communicator, and are not afraid to speak your mind
